Subway - Réserver une table

Placed an order and was notified my salad would be ready for pick up at 9:10pm. I arrived exactly at 9:00pm. There was 3 employees inside with the door locked. One woman yelled towards the door that they were closed, not matter how many times I tried to show her I had a online order. She wouldn 't even come near the door to see. One woman yelled back to cancel your order the thing is you can 't cancel once you submit the order and you 're already charged Instead of them cancelling on their end. The all went to the back and never came back to where I can see them any more. On google it states that this location closes at 10:00pm. I arrived at 9:00pm! Subway has no way in calling for support and I want my refund back I 'm beyond disgusted with them! To accept payment knowing you 're closed and not refund the customer is considered STEALING!!!

very bad attention, two women and a young one who serve in this business, ignore the customers because they speak on the phone with their friends, the customers at the end decide to go and the hire of people is terrible, it is really a bad experience

The store closes at 10 and I arrived at 9:40 and the worker closed up early. She locked the doors and wouldn’t let me in. While there where other customers around.

the load is closed almost every day at 8:30 they do not believe it when it says open until 11

They need to do a bit better, the customer service was good
