over 60 minutes delivery time, eat ice cold, baguette untoasted though ordered. tastefully ok but keep cold. Price/performance underground. sorry, but so does not make delivery service fun.
unfriendly customer service, they ask for certain things and they ignore them completely. I called to tell them that my order was wrong, and the guy on the phone turned on. .

very long delivery time, when eating has missed a cookie and the extra bacon, wild kartoffels and subs ice cold. just bad.
at 2 subs the brotsorte exchanged and subs after over 1h delivery time only lukewarm and completely comminuted
