This is one of only three Subway locations where I feel comfortable eating, and for good reasons. I consider myself a clean freak and pay close attention to how food is prepared. The staff here really gets it – everything is very clean and well-maintained. The food is always fresh. I also have a great story: my daughter accidentally dropped her sub under the table, and the young lady behind the counter quickly rushed over to help. Not only did she clean up the mess, but she also offered my daughter a new 6-inch meatball sub for free. You truly can't go wrong with the service here!

My young girl dropped her off the table and the young lady rushed immediately past the counter and not only helped clean, but immediately gave my child a new sub. 6” meatballs for free. You can never do that wrong.
We like to go out. Last night we found this great place we didn't know. We enjoyed a nice time there with first-class meal and a polite crew and a talented cook. We added this fine restaurant in our phone list and we will definitely return very soon. We recommend.
With so many Subways in and around Taunton, this one is less busy, in my opinion at the times I have gone in, than the rest. Plenty of seating. The setup is efficient. Parking could be better. The food is always good and the bread is never overcooked or stale.

Subway is subway. Whichever location you go you get the same tired subs and a menu that, despite gimmicks, is dated. Consistently serve subs with minimum levels of meat and use the veggies to mask the hidden meat.
Ericca is the best! She always makes the best sandwiches and has excellent customer service. Although, I do feel bad for her when it’s busy and she is the only one there, but she always does her best! :

The service was quick and friendly, and the staff demonstrated a strong knowledge of their offerings. The restaurant was also clean. Overall, a great experience on February 12, 2022.

The sandwiches I got yesterday made me and my daughter sick as a dog. 0 stars. The bread was stale.
