So normally I order here for work related needs. I’m a facilitator and we often have food at the meetings I facilitate. Normally the service is okay but on yesterday it was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Quite frankly it was obvious that no one cared that I was not satisfied with the service I received. To start I had a tray that was scheduled for pick up at 11 am.. tonight I visited this load after I came out of work I closed at 10:40 clock about 20 minutes before loading. I was told by the young lady that she was already closed and she could not serve me. I said that she was only on the 11th she told me she was sorry, but she no longer commanded for the night and she refused to serve me. I just wanted to reach because I don't think they should advertise that they close at a certain time when they stop serving gassing 30 minutes before they actually close. I waited in line for over 20 minutes and only one person got served before the restaurant closed at 10. There were six of us and the subway employee told us to only go halfway in line. It was 9:20 and if he knew he couldn't serve us all, he should have let us know earlier. It was a huge waste of time and I feel sorry for those who were rudely turned away. This was the worst service I have experienced in a long time.
Entered store around 10:50 p.m. when clearly stated hours are until 11:30 p.m. I was informed upon entering the weight would be extensive because the worker wanted to do things to prepare for tomorrow's shift. having worked in a restaurant I'm well aware you do those things after the restaurant closes not while you actively have to serve customers. This is a typical Subway located inside a gas station. I did find that it took longer than usual to make sandwiches for everyone in line. However, on the positive side, my sandwich was put together carefully and not the usual mess that I have encountered at other Subway locations. It seemed like some of the employees were still in training. Overall, it was not a terrible experience.
I mobile ordered a sandwich from them about 40 minutes before closing time and the app accepted my order and charged me, but when I arrived to pick it up the store was closed. I tried calling them that night and the day after and nobody picked up my calls.
"The prices at this restaurant are great for those on a budget, and the two guys working here are awesome. They are willing to help out students with discounts or coupons. I will definitely be returning to this Subway."

Great prices when on a budget not only that the 2 guys here are awesome when your student they try to help you with a discount or coupons. We'll come back to this subway.
