Subway - Réserver une table

Tonight I visited this store after I got off work I arrived at the store at 10:40 pm approximately 20 minutes before the store closed. I was told by the young lady working that she was closed already and she couldn't serve me. I expressed that online it said they didn't close until 11. She told me she was sorry but she wasn't taking anymore orders for the night and she absolutely refused to serve me. I just wanted to reach out because I don't think you should advertise that you close at a certain time if your going to stop serving guest 30 mins before you actually close. I was really looking forward to subway and thought about it all day and was left disappointed. I will be calling the store...

I waited in line for over 20 minutes and only one person got served before the restaurant closed at 10. There were six of us and the subway employee told us to only go halfway in line. It was 9:20 and if he knew he couldn't serve us all, he should have let us know earlier. It was a huge waste of time and I feel sorry for those who were rudely turned away. This was the worst service I have experienced in a long time.

I mobile ordered a sandwich from them about 40 minutes before closing time and the app accepted my order and charged me, but when I arrived to pick it up the store was closed. I tried calling them that night and the day after and nobody picked up my calls.

Great prices when on a budget not only that the 2 guys here are awesome when your student they try to help you with a discount or coupons. We'll come back to this subway.

they just threw my sandwich into the bag and just laughed about it they didn't even say anything about it
