In my view, this Subway location is the best in the area for online orders. They consistently provide exactly what you request. If you ask for extra jalapeños or any other toppings, they actually include it as you requested. This is a stark contrast to other locations, such as the Subway on Main Street in downtown Anoka, where I’ve unfortunately received sandwiches with disappointingly small portions, even after asking for extra toppings. It can be incredibly frustrating! However, this particular Subway never lets me down. I often drive a few miles from my office to come here, even though there’s another Subway just a block away in downtown Anoka. The extra detour is definitely worth it.
This was my first time at this restaurant, and I was happy to see that it wasn't crowded. The staff was sufficient for the number of diners, and the gentleman who came out from the back to take my order was polite and truly seemed interested in helping customers. I opted not to order online because I wanted to check the cleanliness of the place first. It looked quite clean, and the employee who made my sandwich was careful not to touch the food and the register with the same gloves. I was in and out quickly, and when I got home, I enjoyed my sandwich, which tasted just as good as I remembered.
Would've given 5 stars if the store had more staff at this location. That isn't to say the customer service provided suffered, but instead the wait was much longer than some anticipated. The 1 employee there did their very best to move from customer to customer with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude. I made sure to give that employee an extra good tip for handling a large group of hungry and frustrated customers with poise and professionalism. If this location can hire more employees like the one who served me, I would gladly change this to a 5 star review.
Subway is great. I always know what to expect when I order our usual. I guess it has been awhile since I ordered last; imagine my surprise when my Total was nearly $50!! Three footlong subs, nothing extra, nothing crazy about the subs. A couple of cookies for each person, and one bottle of pop. That is the ONLY reason I didn 't rate it higher. My go-to, fast food places should be fast, friendly, flavorful, and AFFORDABLE....or I won 't be back. At least not very soon....I can 't afford to!

I’ve been coming to this Subway for more than 10 years, and while the staff has always been amazing, the prices have recently shot up. I can’t justify eating here anymore when I can get the same sandwich for half the price—and with fresher bread—just a few miles away. Even though this location is within walking distance, I've opted to drive to other nearby Subways to save $2 to $5 per sandwich. It feels like the owners are out of touch with their other locations.
I went into this Subway near closing to order three foot long sandwiches. I know, awful. I felt really guilty about it, honestly. The staff here made no complaints, never seemed frustrated or annoyed, and were super friendly about it. I was in and out of there in five minutes and the sandwiches were still made well! I cannot expect this kind of service at any other Subway in the area so I was pleasantly surprised.
The food was excellent, but I was uncomfortable with the staff's facial piercings. Maintaining a professional appearance is important for a restaurant, and having employees with multiple piercings might not reflect that standard. If this is considered acceptable, it may indicate a different understanding of professionalism. Unfortunately, I likely won’t be returning.
The food was delicious, and the lines, when there were any, moved quickly. It’s always a pleasure to dine here, but like everywhere else, prices are increasing!

I ordered a footlong BMT, but the freshness of the vegetables was lacking. Perhaps it was because it was late in the evening?
The food and service are excellent, just like always. Subway is my top choice for fast food!
