Unfortunately, the payment machine was out of order. The staff member directed me to use the machine and mentioned, “If you can’t find me, you can read? They will find lemonade.” I noticed there were only a limited selection of drinks available, and it would have been helpful if she had provided clearer instructions.
When I finally opened my order, I found that instead of the buffalo dish we had requested, I received something entirely different. Throughout my visit, the staff member seemed more preoccupied with her phone, speaking in Gujarati, which I found quite rude. Speaking another language in front of customers can make them feel excluded. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
The fountain drink machine was out of order, and when I asked for help, the staff member told me to find it myself. When I couldn't locate it, she asked, "Can you read? You'll find lemonade." To make matters worse, when I opened my food order, it was incorrect; instead of Buffalo chicken, I received a different kind of chicken. Throughout our interaction, she was on the phone speaking in Gujarati, which I found rather disrespectful, as it felt dismissive to be conversing in another language while serving a customer.
Very rude guy , walked to the store my daughter was starving since we had long trip . The guys said I can’t take you guys because I have online order . I even bagged him please please like am going to take it for free he didn’t even bother and said no to am busy worst store ever I will have to file a complaint to subway since the whole review also talking about him .
Steer clear of this restaurant! I urge you to listen to the prior reviews. The cleanliness is appalling, and the staff is exceptionally rude. They mixed up our order entirely and had the nerve to ask if we were blind when we couldn't locate the lemonade in the fridge. It feels like basic customer service and kindness are non-existent here.

Absolutely the worst subway. Like I know it's subway but damn these people hate their job. She accidentally put honey mustard when I asked for chipotle doesn't even sound the same. When I asked to take it off she looked at me like I was crazy. Place looks dirty and if your having a bad day would not recommend coming here at all.
This is the second and last time I will ever come to this place. No concept of time. They are slow slow slow slow. Everytime I walk in I just walk out. This place should not even be open. Do not go here if you have a 15-30 min break. Freakn ridiculous. I don't even give you one star.
Will never recommend this place to anyone. Very slow service . Only one employee was working there. No cleanup, no hygiene, worst sub ever of my life, 0 customer service , waited for 15 minutes to order, the boy was so rude,
Service is garbage. Highly do NOT recommend. Worker will make you wait half hour before taking your order because they are “busy” when there was no one there at all.Walked out and went to different location.

The sandwiches are low on meat, and the cookies are often overbaked. I wouldn't suggest dining here.
