Every time I visit Subway Sandwiches, which happens only a couple of times a year, I am always impressed with how clean the store is and how friendly and helpful the staff are. The location in El Cerrito was no different - the employee who took my order was polite and asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted, which I appreciated. I ordered the footlong Spicy Italian sandwich and it was delicious.
I visited this Subway location yesterday and was assisted by a young lady named Ranjita. She was incredibly polite and patient while helping me gather the necessary change for my order. Her professionalism and kindness made the experience much easier and less embarrassing. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service, especially on a difficult day. Thank you, Ranjita.
This location has fine service and the sandwiches meet expectations but they no longer accept the coupons we get in the mail. Without the coupon, the prices are terrible. If I'm going to spend ten bucks on a sandwich, I'd much rather go to a place like Mr. Pickles.
I was here a few weeks ago and pleasantly surprised they were taking coupons. Visted 3 times in 10 days. They are now back to not taking coupons and I am lunching elsewhere. Choices have consequences. Réservez une table maintenant
Always fresh and healthy (sort of) if nitrates in the meats isn't a concern, but I love subway especially the meat lovers on 6in Italian herb bread, and the breads are the best part of
I wouldn't even give this place one star. The customer service is terrible, the food is disappointing, and there's no atmosphere at all. This Subway is just not worth it.
Ate the meatball sandwich on 5/10/23 at 1pm. By 4pm i had a fever, aches and pain, was vomiting and had diarrhea. It is 5/13/23 and I am still sick. DO NOT eat here.
Always friendly people work here. Good toppings, many vegetables supplement (in contrast to Togos... What is the point of a tuna melt without a pickle?! Seriously. Réservez une table maintenant
This subway was fast, friendly, and I have no complaints. I work on the street and this is sometimes my lunch choice and every time the ingredients were fresh.
