The customer service at this restaurant needs considerable improvement. I tried to buy cookies from the previous day and had a negative experience with a short Hispanic woman who was both rude and unhelpful. She appeared inexperienced, which made the interaction quite unpleasant. Given that this is just a Subway, I expected a higher level of service.
The bread at this restaurant isn’t freshly baked each day; it’s tough and has a rubbery consistency. I wouldn't suggest visiting here, especially since it’s pretty much the only place open in this empty strip mall. Location is important, and in this instance, you’d be better off spending your money elsewhere.
Nestled in an mostly empty shopping center, I couldn't help but notice that the person preparing the food wasn't wearing a hairnet, and their hair was covering a good part of their face. Although the sandwiches were assembled fairly well, there’s definitely room for improvement.
I really enjoy this restaurant, but I think the customer service could be better. When the staff is dismissive and treats sauce bottles carelessly, it makes me feel like my patronage isn't valued. This leads me to consider taking my business elsewhere. Réservez une table maintenant
Subway is truly outstanding. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out on something special. The staff were attentive but not overbearing when taking my order, which I really appreciated. The sandwich I had was excellent.
