Fast forward about an hour and a half later, I receive a call from the subway. They informed me, "We made your food and are waiting for you to pick it up." I responded, "I called you after placing the order, and you told me I didn't have one." They replied, "Yes, but we got your order and made it." I asked, "When did you call me to let me know you had it?" They said, "I don’t know, but we made your food."
I pointed out, "You told me I didn't have an order, and you never called to tell me that you received it, so how was I supposed to know it was ready?" They answered, "When you called, we didn’t have the order, but we got it after we spoke to you."

My kids love subway and we decided to grab some hoagies on the go. The customer service was great at this location. The place is clean and the food looked and tasted fresh. The server was patient with us as we ordered all our favorite mix ins for our sandwiches and his recommendations were on point. Prices are fair and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. I would recommend this establishment.
I recommend speaking slowly and loudly when ordering. It being written down on an order is way too difficult.? They forgot the cheese, mayo, dressing, and pepper. I got toasted bread, meat, and veggies and had to finish my sandwich at home.I looked at my receipt and there it was, all the ingredients I ordered. ???idk what they're smoking but I want some.

The staff is absolutely rude and disrespectful, I order food from here and they delivered the food to the wrong house and when I tried to contact them about it they hung up in my face multiple times and when i would tried to speak, they would just hang up again and again and I never got my food or refund.
Absolutely terrible service, don’t order here for delivery they will deliver to the wrong house and if you try to call them they won’t answer you phone and will get mad at you for no reason
Staff are very cold. They are by the book will not give you so much as a extra pickle! 1 sandwich and 3 cookies is $15 bucks onto of it. No thanks ill go elsewhere
The woman working there was extremely rude, and our dining experience was awful because of her attitude. It was the worst experience we've ever had.
