I ordered two twelve-inch sandwiches on my way home from work, which takes me 40 minutes. When I got home, my husband opened his sandwich and took a bite, only to find there was hardly any meat in it. I had also paid an extra $4.00 per sandwich for "extra meat," but it certainly didn't look like it. I called the store to see what could be done, and the person on the line told me that I would need to come back to the store for either a replacement sandwich or a refund. I explained that I live far away, but he insisted that returning to the store was the only option. I would not recommend visiting this place.
We arrived at this Subway at 8:35 PM, with closing time at 9 PM. I ordered a meatball footlong, but when the employee went to get the meat, there were only two meatballs left in the pan. He suggested a different option, so I opted for chicken instead. After placing and paying for our order, I later realized I was charged an extra $1.20 for the chicken compared to the meatball sandwich. It felt unfair to be charged more when they hadn't prepared enough meatballs. But I suppose you live and learn. One more tip: avoid the cookies! They tasted as if they had been sitting out for several days.
I attempted to place a takeout order in person today but the employee may have had a language barrier. I clearly said no black olives nor banaba peppers yet he managed to put them on and ignored my requests to remove them after I asked him 2x! ???? Please provide English language learning opportunities and hearing aides for your employees, or is that too much to ask? Look at other reviews on here I'm not the only casualty of bad customer service at yhis location. Please get it right, or SHUT IT DOWN!
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! I arrived around 7:10 PM, and the staff member rolled his eyes at me as if my arrival an hour before closing was a bother. He was rude and unfriendly during my entire visit. To make matters worse, he had a long beard that he didn't cover while preparing my food, and I was shocked to see him adjusting his turban while doing so. Overall, it was a disappointing experience!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The service was exceptional, with incredibly friendly and professional staff. This location is definitely one of my favorites to visit. The food is always fresh and made exactly how I like it. The staff even start preparing my order as soon as I walk in, anticipating what I want. Keep up the excellent work!
I had a troubling experience when my online account was hacked by someone named Jose Alvarez, who used my gift card to make a purchase at this location. When I called the store for assistance, they were unhelpful and just left the phone on the counter until I eventually hung up. I tried calling back an hour later, but the call wouldn't connect.
Great customer service. We arrived minutes before closing, another location had already closed. Both employees were very patient
