The food is consistently great, but I’ve encountered a rude staff member during my visits. I’ve never done anything to provoke him; I've always been polite when I go in. The last time I visited with my niece, she noticed how disrespectful he was towards me. I haven’t had any issues with the other staff members—they’ve all been friendly and welcoming. It’s just this one individual who has left a negative impression.
The girl who ran the cash register was fairly attractive, thats were things stopped being good. The meat section woman was a b!+ch. Bacon shouldn't smell like fish, an rotisserie chicken shouldn't taste like bacon. I had the chicken heated, I asked for it to be drained...the meat woman ignored me so my protein bowl was swimming in chicken juice. All the vegetables seemed slimey and wilted. Disgusting
Nice remodel, but literally the worst subway ever. The sevice is lacking and the sandwiches are lacking. I can get a sub at Southend Grocery thats 3 times the size for a buck or 2 less. AND the employees are actually friendly. And dont count out 8 banana pepper rings on a foot long sub. ???????? I wish I could upload a picture of the sub. It looks like a happy meal sized sub. ????
Agreed, the service kinda sucks. I ordered two sandwiches as is on the menu and they kept asking what I wanted on it. One didn 't know how it already came. Frustrated at me for not answering fast enough when I ordered exactly how they come so I didn 't know how else to answer I guess aside from just how they come lol. Smh. Réservez une table maintenant
The manager and the younger girls attitudes suck! They are rude and don’t care about you or how your food comes out. My food wasn’t even toasted , my chicken was still cold and my cheese wasn’t melted. I don’t usually leave reviews but they were also rude to the people behind me.
Cold cut combo foot long only came with very marginal slices of bologna, which in fact should have also had ham and salami. Please get your people right. 01/18/2024 1938 approximately.
I had the worst experience at this subway restaurant. The bread was incredibly hard, and even toasting it didn’t help. The service was terrible, and the staff were unhelpful and rude.
The restaurant displays troubling racism, particularly in the way Indian customers are treated. It's important for them to consider changing the staff member working the Sub Toaster. Réservez une table maintenant
The food is delicious, but they aren't accepting coupons. A full price 12-inch sub, chips and a drink is close to $15. That's a lot for lunch!
