I was really craving Subway today! I was going to order at the drive-thru, but noticed the line was going very slow. I decided to order inside instead. Only one person stood ahead of me on a Thursday at 1 pm.I had the rotisserie chicken sub on toasted wheat bread, with provolone cheese. A scoop of avocado is a must! The staff was courteous, and fast.I was curious about two nee items for me: the chips and a cookie. Miss Vickie's Lime and Cracked Pepper kettle-cooked chips are so good! I also really liked the Raspberry Cheesecake Cookie. The Oatmeal and Raisins Cookie is always a winner for me!
I've consistently found that they never have chocolate chip cookies when I order. Additionally, there are no other Subway locations nearby. I placed an online order, and when I picked it up, it was incorrect. I refused to accept it, and the staff mentioned they would inform the manager, but I never received a refund. When I spoke to the manager, she was very unprofessional and didn't know how to handle customer service. I was really disappointed.
The manager amy is extremely rude. She didn't make my sandwitch correct then proceeded to blame the other subway worker even tho she was the one who made my sandwitch. I was inside an watched her make the sandwich. I told her why you getting after the worker when it was your mistake an she just told me to mind my business like whattt??? I was quite disappointed with my sandwich. I requested extra jalapeños, but all I received were two small slices. On the other hand, they certainly didn't skimp on the mayonnaise—it felt like they added an entire bottle! It was way too much. To make matters worse, there weren't nearly enough napkins to clean up the mess. The mayonnaise created quite a disaster. Overall, I was really let down.
The lobby was closed due to somebody calling off last minute however the car working was an absolute doll and had a positive attitude I'm so happy to have been helped by her. got 2 tuna footlongs at 7:08pm on 05/23/22 thanks for being at work girl!!!
Staff is completely disrespectful and rude. Handling food without gloves while continuously playing with sequin face mask. Staff members can’t handle the pressure of working a rush and get aggressively rude with customers.
Placed an order on the app waited over an HOUR and it said it was still being prepared then it was canceled. The staff could not help me couldn't tell me if I would be refunded. Staff was no help
