.So we went into this subway for our favorite sandwiches.There was no line. We ordered 2 footlongs. One for my husband and one for my daughters.Once the sandwiches came out of the toaster we proceeded with toppings and then I realized I was putting the wrong toppings on wrong sandwich. The employee was going to close the sandwich up and pack when I told her to wait we needed a few more toppings since my husband likes way more toppings then my daughters.The employee responded so bothered by it rude.Her demeanor response just showed how impatient she is. We just wanted to leave as quick as possible. We payed and left the store only toFind out later that I set my purse on the counter forgot it....
This place has some of the fastest and efficient sandwich makers I have ever seen at a Subway. I came here for lunch. Soon after I started eating my sandwich a rush of people came in from the court house. They quickly took care of them. Also, I noticed how they knew what their regulars ordeted and how they wanted it. I was very impressed with the workers here. Everything else about this place was typical of any Subway.
I visited this restaurant twice in the morning at 7:00 AM, but both times it was closed. I even called the night before to confirm their opening time, and the person I spoke with said they open at 7:00 AM. I waited for about 15 minutes, but no one came to open the store. It's frustrating to be told you're open at a certain time when you aren't. This reflects poorly on whoever owns the franchise.
I discovered this Subway back in 2000 when I had jury duty. I recently visited this location again because I wanted to use my coupon. I appreciate that there's a Subway right in the heart of Martinez, making it convenient for people to grab a meal while they are on jury duty. I'm not very familiar with the dining options in Martinez, but Subway is definitely my go-to spot here.
