I can't wait for the option to give zero stars because this place truly deserves none. There were three employees, but only one was actually making sandwiches while the other two seemed to be hiding in the back. I was left waiting for what felt like an eternity as the sole server prepared multiple sandwiches for a family. I was completely taken aback by the lack of acknowledgment and the unnecessary wait. Rest assured, I won’t be making the mistake of returning. I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand—I see now they were spot on.
This was my second visit to the restaurant. The place was quite clean, even though they are remodeling. However, the staff making the sandwiches were moving very slowly and seemed to lack an efficient system. Normally, one person puts the meat and cheese on the bread and then passes it to the next person to finish the sandwich, but that wasn't how they were doing it—they were swapping roles quite a bit, which was amusing. Nevertheless, I still plan to return.

Worse subway I?ve been too. I wasn?t greeting coming in and she stood there talking to her coworkers while We waited on here to finish her conversation!! The girl was nonchalant and they do not have anything in there , they out of everything!!!!!!! While making my sandwich she kelp going to the back to refill what I was asking for . Plus I ordered two drinks and she rung up one drink , clearly she can?t take orders properly. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!
Second time going there. Place was pretty clean even tho they are remodeling. But the chicks that were making the sandwiches were moving hella slow and really didn?t have a system. Usually one person puts the meat cheese on the bread passes it downto the next person to do the rest, that wasn?t their system, they were flip flopping positions, lol. But it?s cool, I?ll stillgo back.
Worst subway that I have been to. They didn?t have soap in the bathroom and no hand sanitizer outside the bathroom. I asked for a cup for water they did not give me that. I asked toasted sandwich and it was the coldest sandwich I ever received. Again if I could give them zero star I would do that?

I came here since the sub shop by Burlington was rude and haven't stop coming since. This location always has the kindest staff...yes, they're young but they're super sweet. If you tip, tip in CASH!
