Firstly, they completely ignored my topping requests. I had to have my sandwich remade because they put the wrong toppings on it, even after I specifically clarified which sandwich I wanted them on. This included toppings that are serious allergens for the people I was ordering for. Additionally, any sandwich I requested not to be toasted ended up being toasted immediately, and the staff were rude when I insisted they make my order correctly. The cashier made things even worse. I hadn't been to Subway in about five months, and when I checked the receipt, the tax charged was only 27 cents, which has now jumped to $1.70. When I asked about it, they explained that it included an "eat in fee" for hot food, meaning we were charged for heating and dining in as one fee. I usually don’t eat in at Subway, and I've never encountered a heating fee before. I told her the tax information wasn't clear enough and suggested they need a sign explaining the additional fees. I've come here for lunch about 5-6 times, as I work in the area, and always get a spicy Italian or the Italian BMT. I've gotten a stomach ache about three four times now and the result 2-3 days of using the bathroom... I'm never coming here again. Ever! And I really like the spicy Italian or BMT but I can guarantee they're doing something wrong here.

There was a male worker here who refused to speak to me when I ordered. When I directly asked him questions he ignored me, twice. He then ignored me when I tried to order and took the order of the man behind me. I feel upset and disrespected. Would not eat here again.

They were training three new employees so the line went pretty slow but they got our order right and the sandwiches were delicious... The watermelon water never fails and it is so good!! By the time we finished our lunch the place was pretty packed... Two thumbs up!!

As I was waiting patiently, another customer walked in stepped up, and they asked if they could help her. When I told the worker I was next, she continued to take the ladies order. Horrible service.

When in on a Saturday night 8:30pm and establishment was closed. According to the establishment building they close at 9:00 pm. I will be calling corporate soon.

The service is quick and accurate, and I've never experienced any problems here. It's always a reliable spot for a fast and affordable meal.
