I've been going here for years since it's near my work. People are always friendly and it's always clean. I gave 3 stars instead of 5 because twice now I have ordered ahead on the app and have not received the ingredients I paid $3 extra for per sandwich. Both times they did not inform me they were out of the added items. Sadly by the time I am able to sit down and eat it's too late to go over and ask for the items. Spending an extra $3 for add-ons is no problem, but when you don't put what I paid for on the sandwich it makes it more of a scam. Especially after having this happen multiple times. I purchased a 6in sub, I ate half of it and seen a piece of hair. Went to the cashier who made my food and she said she will make another, I told her I don't want to eat from here ever again. Either I need a gift card or my money back.. she refused.. asked her for the manager she told me to come tomorrow didn't want to give me the managers phone number or anything... both of them were laughing she gave me my money back ... not funny.. not cool.. that's disgusting. I strongly advise against dining at this restaurant! During my visit, I encountered roaches, and when I alerted the manager, she actually squashed one right in front of me. A reputable establishment would have promptly issued a refund, but I had to ask for one and explain that I wouldn't be eating there. They eventually processed my refund, but it felt like they were indifferent to the problem and have become accustomed to serving customers despite the pest issue. It's utterly unacceptable!
Subway's quality has noticeably decreased. The sandwiches have very little meat and are primarily packed with vegetables. I also found a report from Fox News claiming that their tuna isn't authentic. Moreover, their bread is overly sweet and doesn't meet the standards of real bread. It's quite disappointing, especially since I used to visit often. They've also been involved in several lawsuits—what a shame!

The sign said "OPEN," but the door was locked. When another customer tried to enter, he knocked. To our surprise, a woman behind the counter saw us but didn’t respond or make any move to help. They were supposed to close at 9 PM, yet at 8:15 PM, they had the nerve to leave us standing outside. It’s genuinely disappointing. If you’re not happy in your job, perhaps it’s time to consider a change!
I initially intended to give this Subway a five-star rating because of the outstanding customer service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. However, I asked for a specific type of bread, and sadly, it was not available. Because of that, I’m giving it a four-star rating. I do plan to come back and hope my preferred bread will be in stock next time.
Overall, the food here is usually excellent and fresh. However, during my visit today, I found a hair in my sandwich. They quickly offered to make me a new one without any fuss, which I appreciated, but I was still quite disappointed. I think it's essential to require the use of hair nets while preparing food.
I would have rated this Subway five stars due to the professional customer service and clean environment. However, I requested a specific type of bread, and it wasn't provided. Because of this, I gave it 4 stars. I plan to return and hope to get the correct bread next time.
