I'm rating this Subway two stars, only because I was able to keep my food. As someone who works in retail, I get the rush to close up, but customer service should always come first. I arrived at 9:40, well before their 10 PM closing time, yet the staff refused me access to the bathroom just because they were preparing to close, and they were quite rude about it. My sandwich was poorly put together and messy. I won't be returning. I understand the challenges of retail work, but when staff can’t offer basic courtesy, it shows they’ve lost sight of business hours. If they’re open until 10, I shouldn’t feel unwelcome placing an order even at 9:55.
The woman making my sandwich asked me what kind of cheese I wanted, and I answered. However, she asked me the same question two more times, saying she couldn't hear me. I eventually had to raise my voice to get my point across because her demeanor was quite rude; each time she asked, she would turn away and chat with her coworker. It was incredibly frustrating! It's no wonder she couldn't hear me since she seemed more interested in her conversation with her colleague. This was the worst service I've ever encountered!
During my visit to Subway, I saw the owner or manager cleaning the floor. Suddenly, the mail carrier came in and asked to use the restroom but was told it was CLOSED. I knew this wasn’t true because I had just used the restroom myself. It seemed like they were denying the Black mail carrier access to their facilities while still expecting her to deliver their mail. This behavior is unacceptable nowadays. I will not be coming back to Subway.
This Subway location is conveniently close to the circle, making it easy to access. The staff were quick and welcoming. True to Subway’s standard, the extensive menu and special offers make it a great choice for a fast meal. While I did feel somewhat rushed, that’s typical for a fast-food environment. I’d recommend this spot if you’re nearby and want an affordable sub.

The food at Subway is just what you'd anticipate—nothing extraordinary. However, I'm awarding it 5 stars due to its outstanding cleanliness. The restaurant was spotless and had a refreshing, pleasant aroma throughout, including the restrooms. That's truly impressive for a fast food place! The menu offers the usual Subway options, consistent with what fans expect.
I visited Subway today and was incorrectly charged for a large soda I never ordered. When I pointed this out to an employee, they declined to correct the mistake and instead offered me chips or cookies, which wasn’t what I wanted.
I didn't experience any of the issues mentioned in previous reviews. The service I received was exceptional and prompt; my sub was prepared by the time I arrived, and my overall dining experience was thoroughly enjoyable.
The sandwiches are prepared rather carelessly, which raises some hygiene concerns. Additionally, they are noticeably skimpy on the fillings, as if the place doesn’t already have enough drawbacks.

I mistakenly ordered something that wasn't covered by my coupon, but the staff kindly adjusted the price so I could still benefit from the discount. Excellent service!
