2.5? The staff here is pretty decent... Usually young people, but they do good work. Eating is what you expect from Subway. The problem is the building and the supply. Soap in the bathroom is ALWAYS out, the hand dryer is basically useless. The card reader must be thrown against a wall, it takes at least 4 attempts to pay for your sandwich because it will either not read your chip or the magstripe. Or both! Last couple of times I'm upset with me because I always say that I don't come here because the company isn't enough to store the equipment.

The subway was bustling, but the line moved swiftly. I enjoyed my sandwich and chips at a small table. After finishing, I cleaned up my area and left behind the rest of my drink. The subway was tidy, well-frequented, and a delightful place to visit. The staff were friendly, attentive, efficient, and polite.

The restaurant keeps all its vegetables fresh and clean. The staff, especially Wolf, provided excellent customer service. When I got home, my sandwich was perfect and delicious. This visit was to the Kroger location in Vinton.

As a former Subway GM, this is the only one in Roanoke Valley that deserves this rating. I have never had to wait long, the sub artists are great at what they do, friendly and expedient. Always a great experience. Réservez une table maintenant

payton served me and she was the sweetest at the open end girl. She quickly pulled me out and made my experience enjoyable. Love the food and all here:

It's okay if you like a lot of vegetables on your sub. Most people don't have much meat on them.
