I love the Winfield subway so much and usually everyone is so nice. Today there was a blonde lady checking me out in the drive thru and she was downright RUDE. She was just texting on her phone pretty much the whole time and when I asked for a straw she said she gave me one. I told her I couldn’t find it in the bag and she said “HERE” shook her head, gave me a straw, and then slammed the window. I’ve worked in food since I was 16 and still do. Horrible customer service from this lady.
Super clean and bright! Mitchell greeted us immediately and took our order. Was very hospitable kind! I wanted a sub as a salad and he helped me right out! It was no problem! He really knows customer service! We enjoyed our lunch so much! He will be the reason we come back to this location! We boat and Subway holds very well out on the water! Thank you for being open! I had a fantastic lunch experience! The food was top-notch, earning a perfect five-star rating. The service was equally impressive, with friendly staff who made the process seamless. I went in to place an order for 2 ft long sandwiches on wheat and was told by the two young men working there there would be no wheat bread for an hour. Service: Takeaway Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I ordered takeout for lunch and spent between $10 and $20. I highly recommend the Chips and Cookies, as well as the Steak Cheese. Both dishes were delicious and made for a truly satisfying meal.
