I came in to grab a sandwich quickly, but I had to wait over 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Maybe it was my appearance, but when I finally did get to order, they seemed to have trouble understanding me. I believe English is the primary language in this country, and as an African American, I felt quite insulted by the experience. I won't be returning to this Subway; they really need to improve their hiring practices.
Given the location of this Subway, I had some initial doubts about the level of customer service and cleanliness. However, upon entering and placing a lengthy order for five sandwiches made in different styles, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and friendliness of the staff! The food was delicious, and the portions were quite generous. Thank you all—I will definitely return soon!
Came in here to order a sandwich quickly and they literally took over 5 minutes to even look at me maybe I wasn't light enough then they couldn't understand what I said. I believe the correct language in this country is English and no I'm not a Karen orany of that I am African American and I am very insulted I will never come back to this place Subway you need to fix who youhire.
I had some concerns about the customer service and cleanliness at this Subway because of its location. However, when I walked in with a long list of five sandwiches with different customizations, I was happily surprised by how quick and friendly the staff was! Imagine walking into a restaurant excited to make a purchase, only to discover that everything you ask for is either not ready or not on the menu. The owner is friendly, but you'd think that before opening a place, they would make sure that the items are prepared and accessible for customers. Sadly, I won’t be returning.
Ordered online. All 4 sandwiches were incorrectly made. Wrong bread, missing meat, not toasted. Store manager said he'd refund my order and now two weeks later still no refund. I'd stay away from this location cause if things go wrong you'll just be outof luck.
I frequently notice that this Subway location usually has only one employee on duty. I find waiting in long lines quite frustrating. It would be beneficial if they could have an extra staff member, especially during busy morning hours.
They discontinued over roasted chicken and now just have grilled chicken that tastes horrible will not recommend to anyone! Also the staff here is very rude. Réservez une table maintenant
