This place has really improved and redeemed itselfBefore, I stopped coming here because the service was nowhere near the level that it is now and the restaurant didn't look that good.In some cases the vegetables, visibly, were not that fresh and a few display was not that appetizing.I remember that, in the past when you paid for extra meat, they gave you the smallest amount possible. But now, when I ordered the sandwich, I automatically ordered extra meat and it was literally doubled.In all, this place seems to have really turned themselves around and definitely deserves a thumbs up for it!Parking: In back of the storeWheelchair accessibility: Yes there is.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They canceled my order because they refused to honor the BOGO footlong deal they had chosen to participate in. When I arrived to inquire about my order, I was met with rudeness and wasn't informed that it had been canceled until I walked in to pick it up. They didn’t apologize; instead, they insisted that they don’t participate in the promotion, even though it was clearly advertised in the app. Not every Subway location opts in for the deal, but they chose to mislead me about it.
This is just a standard Subway experience. A few years ago, I received Subway gift cards as a present. I visited on January 25th and January 28th, and the service was disappointing. All of our sandwiches were made incorrectly, and we were overcharged. I had to repeat our order multiple times, and the staff argued with me at the counter.
Used to go here more often, now I go to the Hawaiian BBQ next to them. I may get a sandwich sometime but their bread is underwhelming. So many great bakeries in Oakland and Berkeley, better to pick up a fresh loaf and make my own sandwich. Support local!

stood in line for over 20 mins! only one person working and she kept making door dash orders only not even attempting to move a little fast! i rate this place zero, this is why we go to safeway or togos! subway just sucks! majorly.
