I visited the restaurant just now, and I was the only person in line. I waited for five minutes while the only Subway employee ignored me while washing dishes and mopping in the back room. The employee, who was overweight, looked at me several times but did not acknowledge me in any way. Another employee from the connected Flying J had to tell him he had a customer, to which he responded with a mumble before going back to washing dishes. I often feel self-conscious when ordering at Subway because sometimes the employees make me feel like a burden, especially if I'm ordering more than one sandwich. So, I decided to leave.
