I frequently come into this subway when I'm in town. Last night, I felt as if I had ran into an old friend that I've never met before. I ordered two Philly cheese steak foot longs, and Summer was so polite and compassionate while preparing my sandwiches to perfection. She was easy to communicate with and what seemed like small talk at first, quickly turned into a conversation that made the entire experience a million times worth it. If I could give this Subway a 0 I would. I have had multiple experiences with this Subway in which, I 'm treated poorly and my food isn 't up to par. The first majorly bad experience was due to my own fault I accidentally scheduled an order at a time I didn 't want, so I called to see if I could schedule it for when I can actually come (after work), and I got a rude attitude and encounter. I was given attitude, and the lady made me cry because it was such an inconvenience that I asked for my food to be made later. I ordered two sandwiches through the mobile app, hoping to pick them up after work. When I arrived, the sandwiches were ready. However, I noticed that the spinach on my sandwich was spoiled. I considered going back to have them remake the sandwich, but since I live nearly 20 minutes away, I didn’t want to drive back, wait another 15 minutes, and then head home again—it would have added an extra hour to my evening. Instead, we ended up tossing the sandwiches and making dinner at home. I won’t be dining here again, and I recommend checking your food before leaving if you place a mobile order.
Wouldn’t even receive one star review from me. Ordered a delivery order since I don’t drive. I ordered one of their sandwiches and just added avocado, lettuce and banana peppers. They didn’t add the sauce it came with or the lettuce n banana peppers. When I called, they told me I could bring in my cold sandwich in for them to fix it. Then when i told them I don’t drive they refused to give me a refund for the sandwich they didn’t make properly. Just meat n bread, not happy.

The service was great, friendly, courteous, and professional, all while the employees were working very hard and non-stop for customer orders! The inside was very clean and inviting and the food was great! I was very impressed with everything considering how busy the workers were! I visited for the first time and found trash left on the table. There were no other customers in the restaurant, just the employee. I waited outside for about five to ten minutes before entering. I ordered two sandwiches through the app, but one was made incorrectly. I specifically requested it without ranch sauce and cheese due to dietary restrictions.
As for parking, there are no curbside signs, so they have to search for you. Also, it seems my sandwich got wet because my bag was quite damp, which only added to the sogginess of the sandwich.
One of the better subways around. Do a good job putting sandwiches together. Subway has generally-speaking gotten too expensive for the quality of their sandwiches. Always use coupons!
