I always feel satisfied when I choose Subway for a meal. Their sandwiches are fresh and tasty, and you can tailor them perfectly to your preferences with a wide variety of fresh veggies, meats, and cheeses. I've visited multiple Subway outlets in various cities, and they've consistently been clean and welcoming.
The server, a young woman, who attended to us was very rude and often distracted by her phone. I am visiting from Texas to treat my granddaughter, and this server didn’t have a name tag. She was quite pushy and disrespectful. I usually enjoy Subway, but this was the worst experience I've ever had!
One of the two men at the counter was quite rude, irresponsible, and seemed quite frustrated. On the other hand, the younger staff member offered much better customer service and did a great job. Unfortunately, the vegetarian patty had a bad odor, suggesting it was old, and it was also greasy.
The coupons promise one thing, but the restaurant fails to honor them. Many promotions exist only on paper. There seems to be a communication gap between the establishment and its customers. Réservez une table maintenant
I’m disappointed that they don’t honor coupons properly and only offer whatever they choose. I hope Subway addresses the issue of staff constantly changing promotions and prices.
