If there was something below one star I would definitely give them. I ordered online a footlong. After traveling all the way to the store I come to find out that they messed up my order and made a 6-in. Already the Senior employee who was rude to me fromthe start. I asked them politely to make me a footlong sandwich. And they already have wasted my time since I have to go in thetraffic and come back. Employee said that they will make another 6-in sandwich. I work with special needs folks and we decided to go to Subway today and there is a cute semi goth chick working the counter. In just a few moments she realized my guys as special needs folk and immediately changed the usual customer routine to one moreappropriate for them. She is a freaking gem!

The gentleman who was working today, I believe his name is Marion, was very sweet and friendly. He is a wonderful reminder that genuinely good people do still exist! Excellent customer service, give the man a raise.

Honestly, I’ve never been to a subway location and had a good experience, but I will say this location is top notch. The young lady that took my order was so nice and the food was fresh. Highly recommend.

I eat at quite a few Subways around central Arkansas and this is by far the best. Good service and generous portions unlike some that are skimpy. Really nice dining room.

They know how to handle their sauces, and if you ask to go light on a topping, they actually will :D also very friendly workers and they were quick
