This is the worst Subway franchise I've ever been to. My family ordered three subs while we were in a hurry. When we picked them up and paid, we discovered that they had given us the wrong type of bread, neglected to toast any of the subs, didn't include cheese on any of them, and didn't add any dressing or sauces when we requested them. On top of that, they included a bunch of extras that we didn't order, which I had to set aside. When we called to politely let them know about the mistakes, they insisted they were right and gave me attitude instead of acknowledging the error.
My son and I arrived at the restaurant at 9:25 PM, and it seemed like they had started to clean up since there were no other customers around. When we placed our order, the staff seemed hurried, quickly throwing the meat and toppings together. It felt like they were disappointed that we had come in. They weren't rude, but there was a noticeable rush to complete our food. I understand that it was close to closing time, but if you close at 10 PM, it would be nice if customers felt more welcome.
We been to this subway due to across road from house for over last 8 years. Last two times we order double meat which we always order and all we got was a regular sub. They charge us for the double meat. We ask them when they were making it if that what they call double and they said yes. We will no longer go to this subway. If we get same service at different subway we will no longer go subway. Do not order pro as you get same as regular sub and charge 3 dollars more.

Ima avid subway eater and it?s rare that have an issue with my subway experiences. This subway is in proximity of my housing and I refuse to spend my money at this location. I?ve been here twice once in day and another time in evening. It?s clear the veteran employee can?t understand abs order plus only had wheat bread an hour and a half before closing time. Owner needs to teach his establishment customer service. Seems it has been lost during the pandemic.

I don't work far from here and I don't get lunch breaks so I like to act fast as if grabbing food for lunch. This establishment has not disappointed with it's speed and service. My sandwich hasn't looked sad yet so that's always plus when talking aboutSubway. Also, there's not an abundance of flies which Subway seems to always have
I ordered four footlong subs, each with a different filling. Unfortunately, the spicy Italian sub was disappointing; the bread and toppings didn't taste fresh, and the meat was tough and dry. The other three subs were acceptable, but overall, I don't think they were worth the price.
