I had a pleasant surprise during my visit to this national chain. We came here thanks to a coupon. Although I had tried their sub sandwiches before and wasn’t particularly impressed, this time was different. They’ve clearly taken feedback to heart and improved both their service and product quality. The staff were very friendly, and the restaurant itself was impeccably clean; I even noticed how spotless the bathroom was.
