I needed an alternative to BBQ for a graduation meeting and a neighbor mentioned Subway. I hesitated to make the call and found Gina was extremely helpful about the phone, so I decided to stop and discuss my needs personally. I wasn't in a subway shop long and I was amazed how clean and tidy this store was!! That made me better about my choice and Gina gave me a menu to see how she helped others. When I decided what I wanted, Gina was good at closing the deal! I picked up my order a few days later and it was exactly what I ordered. It was packed properly and everything looked like it was done with care. I was very impressed! I HIGHLY recommend this store (other shops have never answered the phone), as it exceeded my expectations. Metro made my meeting great!
I was at this place a few times. who I think to be the owner is never friendly, but never had any big problems. today I went through the trip thru and said a minute. I waited 2-3 minutes and he drove several times into the microphone. Excuse me or something. I thought I would ask if he had a mask or washed his hands, but he wasn't ready to take the job so I drove away. I'm not going back.
3 stars because the worker was super friendly and linguistic. but she was the only one who works. no mask. changed gloves with every single sandwich and I ordered l 347 from 20.12.2013, p. 1). it cost 30 minutes. has more bread than anything else. but super clean super friendly. I have been sitting here because there were better reviews, but id likely they will go to the on walmart
Excellent service!!!! I eat most Sundays for dinner here and never had a bad meal. I've gone long enough to make my normal sandwich when I go on the server. The service is fast and the food is fresh. I will only eat in this subway, not because the other subways in Frankfort are bad, but because the service and food preparation here is just so good. Go on.
