I've never given a 1 star review before, but after my experience with the manager and her inability to provide proper customer service, I felt like it was a responsibility to share the details.I used the website to order a footlong meal and placed the order for 8pm pickup. Once I arrived to pick up my food, I noticed the lights were off and there was a sign on the door saying there were covid hours and the store actually closed at 7.
