HR is not there for you they make excuses and throw everyone under the bus.... After working here and being subjected to verbal abuse from my higher ups and being assaulted by customers and no safety precautions were taken, and after being made to work thru an injury even though I was told by doctors I needed rest, I will never go to, buy from, or work for another subway again. My husband recently had a negative experience at the restaurant with a staff member who was preparing our sandwiches. He was upset by the way he was treated, as he had asked for extra chipotle sauce and was told there was a shortage and could not be given to him. The staff member continued to be rude, using inappropriate language towards him. We are disappointed with the way he was treated, as we are regular customers of this establishment and have never experienced such behavior before. I have tried to contact the restaurant to speak with the manager and address the situation. It is unacceptable for a customer to be sworn at simply for requesting additional sauce.
After patiently waiting around 10 minutes to be served while the employees cleaned and restocked the meats, I finally got my two 6 inch subs going. After it was way too late I was told there are no onions. How do you run out of onions? I don't understand a place that doesn't tell you up front of they are out of something. I threw the tuna away. I can't eat tuna without onions, I tried.The place was clean. The workers were slow but not rude. Would have been a pleasant experience if I was told up front they were out of something that is vital to me and my sandwich experience.
Chandra did an excellent job of completely customizing my Veggie Patty sub. I chose to have a custom-made veggie patty footlong sub, toasted with onions. I decided to have Chipotle sauce on one half and Aoli Garlic on the other, along with all the veggies and black olives. It was incredibly delicious! Chandra was upbeat, friendly, and made suggestions throughout the entire process.

I ordered online and expected this to be the quickest way to get a 4 sub order! I was 5 minutes earlier than the order was to be done and left with my food 1 hour after I got there! Only one employee working! If you can’t get enough help, either stop taking online orders or close the doors...
Horrible customer service. When the store manager Ashley was contacted...she was even more rude. Had to take it up with Subway corporate. Save your time and money. Go somewhere else where customers are appreciated.
Chandra prepared two delicious veggie patty sandwiches for us tonight. The vegetarian option was satisfying with its high protein content and delicious flavor.
I have placed an online order at this Subway three times in a row and each time they have gotten it wrong. I will not be returning.
