Very bad customer service. Today i went to get a veggie delight which i paid $10 for it. She was on the call talking in Punjabi back home while making my sandwich. She did not put half of the stuff and she gave me wrong sauce on my sandwich when i told her she was like Oh.. I will give you a free Cookie. Which she never gave me. So I decided to put review on her so guys make sure when you place your order. I mean if you are allergic to something then be very careful with this place. Very poor performance, horrible customer service, and not being present at work. Google review should have an option for -1 to -5 star. Definitely as of the way she made my sandwich I would like give -5 at this p...
My experience at Subway in the Hicksville area was extremely disappointing. I placed an online order today and was shocked by the lack of vegetables and meat on my turkey sub. Despite requesting extra onions and pickles, I received only four slices of turkey, minimal lettuce, no red onions, and just one pickle on the entire sub. The quality of the bread did not justify the $13 price tag. I will be requesting a refund as a deli or even fast food chains like McDonald's or Burger King offer better options with more generous portions of vegetables and meat. It's a shame to see Subway, which used to be one of my favorites, fall short in quality and satisfaction.
This subway is trash. I’ve come here a few times every single time they rip you off with the ingredients. They put 2 strands of each veggie call it a sandwich. If I’m paying almost $10 I would like to eat more than just the bread. Biggest rip off subway ever never coming back. Don’t come here, listen to the other reviews as well STAY AWAY! Save your money spend it to eat somewhere else. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They don’t even deserve 1 star!!
I celebrated my birthday today in this delicious restaurant. happy to tell that we passed a marvelous evening and the place was unquestionably one of the reasons for that strong celebration. The team participated in a graceful style, the cooking was appetizing and my friends were very thrilled. We shall definitely visit again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

The temperature inside the restaurant was over 90 degrees! It is unacceptable to prepare sandwiches in such a hot environment. I noticed that sandwiches for pick up were left out of refrigeration in that heat. This lack of concern for food safety is alarming. I strongly advise against purchasing food from this establishment.
Ordered on DoorDash and they got my order incorrect. I called and they told me the shift changed and the lady who made it left. They charged an extra 3 dollars for avocado and did not even put it in my sandwich. Plus did not give me the correct chips. Never ordering from here again. Lost 15 bucks ordering from DoorDash.

Happened to be in town thought I'd get subway. Ordered the tuna and they gave me half scoops! I'm sitting there like seriously. I know it's a pandemic but don't cheat me. I knew if I asked he would've charged for double meat. Smh

I ordered two subs on the app, buy one get one free. There was hardly any meat on either of them. Subway isn't great to start with, so come on.
