Cant get a menulog order right and then when I call up the first time they said they would remake the order so after 1 hour later I call back again and tell them font worry about it as an hour is a ridiculous amount of time to wait the girl on the phone had this no care at all attitude. Get someone to answer your phone that had some care factor at least. I usually use this subway two to three times a week. Well not any longer. Wasted my money paying for the wrong order and to get a replacement order the place doesn't seem to care. Management needs to sort there shop out
This restaurant provides a top-notch Subway experience, even in the midst of staff shortages. The staff excels in prompt service, friendliness, cleanliness, product knowledge, and professionalism. I always enjoy spending my lunch money here multiple times a week because of the great overall atmosphere. My only suggestion would be to provide tissues with the food, which was promptly addressed with a smile when asked. Thank you to the entire team at Subway Balcatta for their hard work. And thank you to Subway for offering their annual 12 Days of Christmas promotions.
Ever since I became pregnant, there is one sub sandwich that I always crave. I am very particular about how I want it prepared and the ingredients that go into it. Thankfully, there is a wonderful young lady working at this Subway location who always caters to my requests, remembers my order every time, and provides friendly and efficient service. It is her kind and caring demeanor that keeps me coming back to this subway location over others. Keep up the good work!
A Great lunch Friday 8th September The two girls on duty were happy confident to have a light conversation very quick due to experience, it’s refreshing to see youth that are happy to communicate to serve like they have a life. Thanks girls. Your efforts today didn’t go unnoticed

good subway! and this is rare. this is the only place that knows to give me a discount if only order a cheese mayo sub. other places calculate me occasionally discounted or the full price for 1 ingredient sauce. consistency among the sales prices would be nice.
Very friendly staff; great experience overall. She walked me through the ordering process for 5 platters, had them all ready (and labelled for dietary requirements) the next morning (Sat) and helped me carry the food to the car.
I highly recommend this place for lunch. The staff is incredibly friendly, polite, and adorable. The food tasted fresh and the restaurant is very clean. I will definitely be returning in the future.
