This is not a normal subway? I understand they open privately but they have to be so standards because this place doesn't seem to have one? I am gluten free so my going to get a salad first from the person who takes my order...More be able to interact with the customer and not have someone translate it for you while it's helping another customer. Okay, I have a tuna salad. First of all my salad was brown you had almost no veggies (no peppers, spinach) there was so little lettuce in my salad I couldn't believe it. The food is ok but there is one member of staff who works quite a lot making the atmosphere unhappy. She is often rude to the patrons and tries to make them feel stupid. I asked for guacamole on my sandwich and she was like. Where am I supposed to put it, I would ask out of order. There was a better way for her to handle it and she said next time I had to get the stepping stone. I've seen her get angry at customers in the past who didn't order fast enough.
As mentioned and the other review sites, the one older female manager who works here all the time is very rude and makes experience on this subway uncomfortable. The food itself is ok, the restaurant is quite clean. But if I... stop here and see that it's working, I'll get back in my vehicle and go somewhere else. Never had a customer service representative been so consistent in such a bad mood. Is she the new owner?
Went in with a coupon for two six inch subs if a drink is purchased. The price came to almost 11 dollars. When I questioned the server he said one sub is more expensive than the other. I looked up the prices when I got...home and realized he'd scammed me. Be careful not to fall into the same trap. Very sleazy. I will not go back there.
We were looking for a standard Subway meal, and that is what we got. Service was adequate... no smiles, no extra interaction with customers. If the staff were a bit friendlier I would be more prepared to recommend this place. There is lots of competition...just a block away not chain restaurants, but very nice, and friendly!
The servers were less than patient with 3 grandkids and myself. They felt rushed and not given opportunity to choose all they wished to have on their subs. This is the second and last time there. Perhaps more work on the staff manners and ability...to deal with busy times.
