I ordered two steak sandwiches from this restaurant online. However, when we picked up our order, one of the sandwiches turned out to be chicken. The bread was also burnt. When I called to complain, they informed me that they couldn't do anything and suggested I contact the main Subway company to file a complaint. I found this response to be disrespectful and rude. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
So the restaurant was empty. A good sign. But tablets were dirty. Soda torches were empty. No ice cream. They'd think they'd take care of it while there's no crowd. And here are 3 employees! When I sat and ate my food, still no wiping tables or replacing things for customers. Just on the phone. Smh. Now I see why the store was empty.
Disgusting. Every table dirty, the only worker was very unhelpful and was on her phone instead of cleaning and increasing the empty products. Breads were frozen, ice machine was broken, meat balls were pink, no boxes for pizza etc. etc. We should have left, but we had babies who were tired and hungry.
I frequently stop by this place during my lunch breaks. Despite its location, the customer service is amazing! One employee, Marissa, always makes my favorite sub perfectly every time. I can't say enough about Harold! This skilled chef created a mouthwatering masterpiece right before me. A bed of Italian Herbs and Cheese topped with Chicken Teriyaki and fresh spinach. Great job, Harold! You have my seal of approval!
I came here last night at 7:30pm and was told that the guy went on break. once he came back he closed. On Google yesterday it said that they suppose to have closed at 10pm. I won't waste my time anymore going to this sketchy place.
ordered a few sandwiches for pickup on the subway app. When I showed up, the doors were closed and nobody was inside. The open sign was on and so were all lights. I called the number on Google Maps and there was no answer. Strange.
This place us not worth going at lunch time. They close at 1:45 pm on a Saturday to eat lunch.... so it you want to eat lunch ... go somewhere else because the staff is at lunch and ghey lock the doors. Réservez une table maintenant
Sunway type sitting on the phone do not do anything, door locked, but storage shield still says open. Bad service, I don't recommend it.
