Terrible customer service. I used to be a regular at this branch, but the last time I ordered online, they claimed their system wasn't working so my order didn't go through. The manager promised to refund my money the next day, but when I went to the store twice, the manager denied ever receiving my order. Despite showing them my transaction history, the manager still refused to acknowledge the mistake. This poor service from the manager has made me decide to never return to this store again.
I came here early Sunday morning and guy does not want to work.He told me bread is 3 days old and he doesn’t have lot of items suppose to they have but closing time so he doesn’t want to give us like cheese i asked bag for take out he told me subway discounted bag before 2 years and I would like to forward this complaint to subway otherwise i will email them if not resolved this kind of issue in future.Thanks
I had a fantastic experience at Subway today. I stopped by at 3:30 am , and the staff member working at the counter was not only welcoming but also an excellent communicator. His friendly demeanor and helpfulness made my visit very pleasant. I appreciate the great service, and it made my meal even more enjoyable. Kudos to the wonderful staff!
