This was my first time at this Subway location, and I found the staff to be nice and friendly. The food was always good, as expected at Subway. They cater to dietary restrictions, and there is plenty of parking available. It would be hard not to find a space here. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, making it perfect for those with mobility needs. The dine-in service was great for dinner, with prices ranging from £10-20 per person. Overall, there is plenty of free parking in the lot.
Yet to have a good experience here. One example: was waved away 20 mins before closing, but most recently I had an employee poke my steak/cheese melt into the packaging!! Gobsmacked. The woman was obviously new and inexperienced, not one of the other three employees stopped her or apologised for the state of my sandwich and it’s packaging. They were fully aware of my anger, did nothing to put this right. My advice steer clear of this subway.

The service was quick and efficient, although the restaurant was a bit untidy due to the high number of customers. Despite this, the sandwich was tasty and exactly what I was looking for.

"The £23 BBQ experience was disappointing as many items were missing, including the advertised seafood. I ended up settling for rice and noodles instead. When I requested a discount on the bill for the missing items, it was refused. Overall, it was not worth the price."

"We went to Penrose Kitchen on the last night of my cousin's visit to Cornwall from Australia. Can't praise Sam, Ben and the staff highly enough! Relaxed atmosphere, fabulous food and great service. We'll definitely be back looking forward to next time!!"
