I recently visited Subway for a lunch pick-up and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff didn't greet me. The restaurant had a clean and could have been more inviting atmosphere, which added to the overall positive impression. The ordering process was quick and efficient. The staff members were attentive. I appreciated their knowledge of the different sandwich fillings and toppings, which made it easier for me to customize my order to my liking. The food itself was delicious and freshly prepared. The ingredients were of high quality, and my sandwich was made exactly as requested. first time in essex, came from scotland for a course and subway is like my main meal most of the time, couldn't think my sub could get better but Martin was amazing, so kind, great at his job and honestly don't know what he did to it, but my sub was the tastiest its ever been, thx for the chat Martin hope you can go to inverness sometime soon.

Realised recently that there was a branch here so went along for a sub. Ordered from the saver menu and I wasn’t disappointed. The member of staff was extremely helpful and recommended the bread and the sauces to have with my selection. Great value for fast service and a quick bite to eat.

My favourite fast food chain (well, this or KFC). Not sure why other reviewers have given one star as the shop is still open. Staff have always been extremely friendly, and even happily honoured a voucher I wasn't able to properly load on my phone to be scanned. Réservez une table maintenant

Really good place after a piss up in Brentwood lol friendly staff and the security guard is a legend communicated with everyone in a friendly manner and he wasn't arrogant like a lot of security now days

This Subway location is my favorite. The food is always good and the staff is usually friendly. Nick is always great, but Raj can come across as a bit rude at times.

The food is fresh and delicious, but sometimes online orders may not go through, so I had to call to confirm. However, the service was excellent.

Friendly, personable staff and good subs. Not to be rude but that is pretty much all I'm looking for from a Subway!
