Very unhappy with the customer service! I have ordered online and went to pick up the order at 2.05pm on 13/06/2025. The person at the counter raised the voice asking me to show the order on the phone, incorrectly assuming I am an Uber driver. That's no problem, we all have those moments. However, picked up the order and upon return the order is missing half the salads. Went back to inform, again very unhappy with the attitude of this person and customer service. Luckily, there was another lady there this time and she apologised for the inconvenience and made me a new order. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–40 Service: 1

Love subway. But HATE THIS DOOR. I jambed my thumb holding the handle and pushing the door open. The door is way to close to the frame of the door so when you grab the handle your fingers jamb when opening. This needs fixing ASAP. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The garlic and cheese toastie I ordered wasn't toasted and didn't contain any garlic at all. It was the worst toastie I've ever had. Additionally, the quesadilla was terrible, lacking flavor and completely different from what was shown in the picture.

Had to reorder my uber through this store as the Hobart store messed up the order then laughed at me when I called to enquire. Food quality and packaging was so much better here. Thanks guys Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Réservez une table maintenant
