Well, you can’t let one bad experience spoil the whole bunch, right? Maybe the employee was just having an off day. My sandwich at Subway wasn’t made the way I requested, even after I asked twice. Who does that? I clearly said how I wanted it—just because it’s not Burger King doesn’t mean I can’t customize my order. At Subway, it’s "My Way, Your Way, Anyone’s Way" because that’s their menu! Despite that, my sandwich was still delicious, and I enjoyed having my mayo and mustard on the bread, not the tomatoes. I just pinched my nose and let the minor annoyance slide, and it didn’t ruin anything. Honestly, I always thought friendly customer service was a priority—what’s going on?
I tried the number 4 Supreme Meats 6-inch sub from Subway’s menu, and it was absolutely delicious. It included Pepperoni, Salami, Capicola, Ham, Provolone Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, Banana Peppers, and MVP Parmesan Vinaigrette on a toasted roll. Bursting with flavor! Subway has added six new sandwiches to their menu, and this one not only looked appealing but also tasted amazing.
The service is consistently slow, regardless of the number of customers, as there's usually only one person attending to them. On my recent visit, a new employee was even slower. Having worked in fast food for nearly 20 years, I understand that if I were in a management position, I would step in to assist customers when needed.
The employees acknowledged me as a veteran and treated me with great respect. I truly appreciate the kindness I received. Thank you!
