Subway - Réservation de table

This restaurant is a disappointment compared to other Subway locations. They frequently run out of menu items, such as meatballs, steak, and chicken. It's frustrating when you try to order and they can't provide what you want. The staff is friendly, but it is important for a restaurant to have the items they advertise. It reflects poorly on the management of the establishment. It's a shame that businesses in Terra Alta don't meet expectations. The town needs to improve its standards and provide better services. Your business shouldn't be limited by the location it's in.

I placed an online order and waited 15-20 minutes before going into the restaurant. When I arrived, the employee who was taking a break asked if she could help me. I explained that I had an online order, to which she responded that it probably wasn't ready yet... and it wasn't. Unfortunately, her attitude was not very friendly.

I visited the restaurant on July 21st, 2023 after checking their website which stated they were open until 10pm. However, when I arrived at 9pm, there was no one there. Réservez une table maintenant

The sandwich bread at this restaurant was incorrect, and the staff were outside taking a break when I arrived, causing my order to not be prepared on time.

The subs had the wrong bread and when I arrived, the worker was outside. My call-in order was not ready.
