The quality of the food was disappointing, and the service was terrible. The staff made a mistake with my bill and then lied about it to avoid refunding the difference. I understand that finding good employees can be a challenge, but it would be better to hire people who genuinely care instead of just filling positions. Being disengaged and unprofessional won't help anyone in the long run, especially if they lack basic people skills. I won't be returning to this location.
11/22. This subway has the nicest manager, unfortunately the employees (2 young men) were there to do Anything except work. Fortunately the manager knows what she's doing, and will make you great sandwiches!
Nothing good to say about the steak and cheese sub-no steak, mostly Mayo. Highly disappointing and don't recommend considering this is featured as one of two popular subs. Certainly not worth $17.
The woman didn't change her gloves. She continued wearing them while preparing food and handling cash transactions with customers. Réservez une table maintenant
The bread was stale, and the staff were extremely rude. I will never go back.
