Today, like other days, I usually take a break from work to go eat at this restaurant, a day that will be the last one I go due to the bad treatment I received from this manager named Brayan and I assure you that I paid for the order with the credit card. credit and even left a 15% tip. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Stopped by this evening about 9:35pm for a couple sandwiches. Google says they are open until 10, the open sign was on, doors were locked. So I got back in my vehicle to leave, just then I see a lady come out of the back room for a moment or two, I got back out and of course she was in the back room again. I tried knocking on the windows TJ get her attention, and while doing that I saw her walk by the opening to the back room but no response. I understand sometimes places are short staffed and things happen. However I know she heard the knocking, she could have said they closed early if that’s the case, if at least turn off the open sign. Very poor service...
This subway was a step above what I am used to. The restaurant was very clean and well organized. The staff was helpful and cheerful. My order was made the way I like, service was fast.. overall a great experience. This one is a bit out of my way; however, I feel it will get more visit from me in the future.
I went online to see the menu and saw bye 1 get one half off whent in to get them and I hed to pay full price even after I told them about the deal thay said it's only online and in the app it didn't say that and thay were skimpy on all toppings and I won't ever go there again not worth the price.? Says open til 10pm. We went at 945pm and the open sign was still illuminated but they hide behind the counter and locked the door. This isn’t the first time. We came after 930pm one other time and they still have the open sign illuminated but lock the door and hide in back
