The customer service at this Subway location was mostly friendly and professional and was also a friendly reminder of how there’s quick communication in between the residents of the New York Metropolitan area. I personally think that the person who attended to us deserves better than to work at a Subway restaurant. First of all, he seemed a little bit beyond the age range, and second, although only a few should be beneath the capacity to work at a basic level, he seemed to be a few steps above what would be merited with regards to a Subway restaurant. I placed a mobile order through the app, which indicated that my order was ready when I arrived. However, it turned out that my order wasn’t ready, and only one staff member was handling everything. As a result, it took half an hour to prepare our two subs. We had ordered a tuna sub and a chicken teriyaki sub. The tuna had a strange smell, and after eating these subs, we experienced some issues. The timing was terrible, and the food definitely wasn’t fresh, which is concerning for health reasons. They really need to have at least two staff members to handle the orders effectively.
The Spanish lady is so rude and got such a attitude. She never changes her gloves. Befire she made my veggie delight she put all the turkey together then used the same gloves to make my sandwich. Then later she got guac on her gloves and used a napkin to clean it off her gloves rather then getting new ones. While making my sandwich she’s also cleaning the table from spilled vegetables into the garbage. Never again. That’s the last thing I ate before getting sick.

I wouldn't recommend going to this Subway, especially if you're planning to make a mobile order. They claim that they aren't accepting mobile orders because the system "isn't working," but they never refund your money. It's a real waste of time.
The service was incredibly slow; it took 15 minutes to prepare two subs. Unfortunately, when I started eating mine at work, the roast beef was spoiled, and I had to throw the whole thing away.
Good evening, whenever I come on Fridays at 9 at night, the person in charge that day does not want to attend to me. Monday through Thursday very good service
The service is terribly slow with no one else in line and they gave me rotten roast beef that made me sick.

The timing was advertised to Closed at 10 PM, but The Store Subway Clerk was Closing at 09 PM.
