I typically love Subway and usually have nothing bad to say about it. However, today I went to this location with my 4-year-old child while I am pregnant. Everything was fine until I decided to sit down and eat. An employee pulled up, double-parked (so I could see her from my seat), and took out three trays of Italian herbs and cheese bread from the backseat of her car. I may not have bothered to write this review if the trays of bread were covered with plastic wrap or foil. However, the trays were uncovered in her backseat. I am still here eating because I am hungry, but I will probably not come back here because I do not know where their bread comes from or what it may have been exposed to...
I had a terrible experience at a Subway located at 125 Corporate Dr. Stafford VA, and I felt compelled to share my feedback. The service was incredibly poor, with a rude employee making our sandwiches. He failed to properly fulfill our order, neglected to toast the sandwiches or add bacon, and was disrespectful in his interactions with us. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism at a Subway before, and as a result, I will not be returning to this location. I urge others to also share their experiences and caution against dining at this Subway, especially with employees like the one I encountered. I stopped by this restaurant after a long drive from northern Virginia. When I entered, the lady at the counter had her hands in the cash register and then proceeded to make my sandwich without washing her hands. I politely asked her to wash her hands, but she became upset and walked away without serving me. If you can't take the time to wash your hands, then I have no interest in eating here. The service was rude and nasty. I unfortunately cannot rate this restaurant any higher than a one, and if possible, I would rate it even lower. Take out service only.
My experience at this restaurant was terrible from start to finish. The staff, two teenage girls, were incredibly rude when taking my order. They gave me sandwiches that were very messy and became upset when I asked for them to be re-wrapped. To make matters worse, everyone who ordered a deli sandwich ended up getting sick all night. This experience was so bad that I will be avoiding Subway for a while. I highly recommend staying away from this place. Réservez une table maintenant
This is a review for the Subway App. DO NOT USE. Placed order, was charged. Store had no information on the order, verified right location. They were not interested in me showing that I had ordered. Ended up paying for another meal. Corporate would not issue a refund either. Again, DO NOT USE THE APP TO ORDER.
