Absolute horrible experience. Please do not eat here. The employee did not hear part of my order and instead of finding some way to fix it, he immediately started gaslighting me and telling me to get out of the store. I am still in shock from this event. I tried asking about pricing, if I could contact a manager. I asked for a refund. He refused to give me a refund (I hadn't received my food yet), refused to give me any kind of contact information so that I could have this problem solved. I was not the least bit rude to this man. I was a paramedic in uniform. After a post was made online about the incident, a man started making comments (I'm assuming he was the employee), and stated blatant lies about the event including saying people were in the store that were not in the store. I'm under the impression this man has a manipulative personality disorder and should not be working with the public at all. I have never in my life been treated like this in a store, nor have I ever treated anyone like this, even when I worked in food service. This man was so inappropriate towards me and caused me so much stress that i vomited shortly after the incident. I put in a complaint through Subway and had a man email me. He stated he would be giving me a refund. I hope he follows through with that. I'm a people pleaser/pushover. I get walked over all the time by people like this, and I think I am gonna say no to it this time. It is not okay to treat people like this, especially in a professional setting.
