Aloha.This location is in deep kimchee.Five years now I have hoped for improvement. There's a new face everytime I come in. No one on a lunch break has time to make this their lunch stop...wait time average is 20 min. Also no two people make a sandwich the same way and no one seems to care that customers are unhappy...why are your workers so miserable?Today at checkout I told the gentleman I was going to change locations he said change is good and that did it for me.Poi Dog deli is the sandwich place people!!!
The sandwich I had at this restaurant was made by a fantastic employee and was delicious. However, my overall experience was not great. The tables and the restaurant itself were very dirty. The manager did not allow me to refill my drink, which is unusual for Subways. Additionally, when I asked for a receipt, they seemed upset and gave me their copy instead of the customer copy. Overall, it was not the best experience and I will probably choose to go somewhere else next time I visit.
Order online at 12:40. Sandwich should be ready at 1 o'clock. went in to get it at 1:05 and it wasn't even started. Counters apologised and said he would start working on him and take a seat. waited another 15 minutes and it was not yet started. stood in line for 10 minutes and then continued to watch how employees make the sandwich when I hit the counter. FINALLY sat at 1:40 to eat.
30 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. My sandwich lacked a meatball lol. I should have left after I noticed how disgusting the veggie and meat bar was. Chunks of chicken in the spinach if I was a vegetarian, I would have puked... Looking forward to a colon cleanse after eating here, place was so filthy, the bacteria should make a great substitute for ex lax

The service at this restaurant was incredibly slow. Despite there only being 6 people ahead of me, I had to wait 20 minutes for my turn. One of the employees was very slow and took his time with everything, causing a delay for everyone in line. The management at Subway should ensure their staff are properly trained before they start working.
this place sucked. how does it take 35 minutes to make 6 sandwiches. at that point i could have gone back there myself and made double the amount. almost missed my flight. back to the sandwiches though. i watched the worker cough on my bacon and and drown it in ranch??? thx subway xx
I had to wait in a very long line just to find out they only serve Veggie-Patties. They should put up signs to inform people beforehand to prevent wasting their time.
Soooo sloooooooow ? badly understaffed, took almost an hour to get through the line. Which is sad, I love me a good Subway Sammy.

Line out the door and with 3 workers there, 2 often walked away letting 1 do everything. Not friendly service either
