Should 've known when the Open sign wasn 't even on. Then we go in and are greeted by no verbiage or expression. Took 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches to be made, and that 's being generous. The first two ended up being cold because they never got completed for checkout after toasting. I 've never seen two workers not care or have any pride in their work as bad as this. We finished eating and they were still making the people 's food, who were behind us when we walked in. Again, probably another 20 minutes of just ordering for them. To top it all off, couldn 't even find any napkins out for customers. Absolutely pathetic. A refund doesn 't come close to justice.
This Subway in Crofton, NE, is terrible! I paid almost $9.00 for a foot-long turkey sandwich with no cheese and no dressing. They also failed to include all the vegetables I requested, and the bun wasn't even warmed before they made the sandwich. I called to complain, but they didn't care at all. We will never stop here again if we're in the area, and I definitely do not recommend it.
This SUBWAY 8n Crofton, NE is the WORST! Almost $9.00 for a footlong turkey, no cheese no dressing. Horrible. Always only have one person working. So the managers are not being good.to the employees and the customers by.doing that. I had a 20 minute wait and left. I was one of 3 customers. Long wait times. Horrible management. Coming from a former.subway employee. Absolutely pathetic

Messed our online order up. Called and employee stated they'd have the manager that made our order call us back and they never did. We ordered 2 foot long subs only received one and the other was made as a 6 in. Will never order again from this subway.
