My family loves Subway, so it pains me to say this, but we've been experiencing poor customer service lately, especially during our evening orders. However, today was the worst. I ordered a Brat-Rindfuß online, and instead of the usual quality, I received a sandwich with just two slices of Brat-Rind that seemed shriveled and barely covered the bread. There was hardly any salad, and there was so much mayo and mustard that I needed three napkins to clean it up. The sandwich wasn't even cut, and there were no napkins included in my order. I ended up spending $13 on essentially a mayo and mustard sandwich. It really shouldn’t be like this. I honestly don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.
The customer service at this Subway is very friendly. However, it's worth noting that this location does not accept any coupons. It appears that the same owner operates all three Subways on Fair Oaks Boulevard, and none of them accept coupons either. As a result, we often have to look elsewhere for deals, but places like Gott can be quite expensive, which defeats the purpose. It seems that the owner's focus is more on making money than providing value, which is disappointing. We live in a world where we should have better options, but that's not the case here.
This young lady..WHILE MAKING SANDWICHES picked up her phone and put it in her back pocket and proceeded to continue making someone's sandwiches with the same gloves. WITH THE SAME GLOVES SHE TOUCHED HER NASTY PHONE WITH Umm ma'am we are in a pandemic and even if we weren't that was NASTY. I had to ask her to put new gloves on and she got upset and got a real nasty attitude. Her attitude seemed to match her attention to cleanliness.
I was across the street and was looking for something semi healthy, when I saw the Subway sign. I've seen the new commercials, and thought, maybe I should try them again. I ordered a Turkey Sub. So little TURKEY! Couldn't hardly tell it was a Turkey Sub Good Luck with That Business Plan! Nothing has changed

This is the second time in a row I ordered tuna 6INCHSUB asked for toasted but it was not toasted. Good store however services of their employees aren’t great. Employees seem not happy. They must follow the directions from orders. Not coming back again.
Do not go, bad service , no promotions, no deals, no 5$ sub, no customer service. And no based prices on the chicken bowls. 10.76 for chicken and salad. Better off getting a sub. Not happy. The younger staff look scared to make a mistake.

I arrived at 6:35 PM on a day they claimed to close at 7 PM, but they were already closed. I went back on a Saturday around 6:20 PM, and again, they were closed. I'm really confused about their actual hours. When are they really open?

that is probably the best subway in the metro. they do not jump on the beats and take that their money is worth. they really do on the other in double meat. that's my way to the subway
BEWARE!!!! They cancelled a mobile order of mine, and REFUSE to give me my money back. These people are shady!!
