The food was delicious. We had made a reservation and upon arrival, we were able to choose our table. The service was very attentive and polite, with no rush or pressure. The waitress provided excellent recommendations. The tea was hot and the pot served three cups. The pancakes were fluffy, hot, and beautifully presented. Note: the portions are generous. I will opt for a 3-stack next time. The lovely waitress also brought extra maple syrup. The interior maintains the industrial feel of the old warehouse building, yet it is cozy and intimate. Arranged to meet an old friend for lunch. She arrived an hour late. The staff did not hassle me and were charming. We had a delicious lunch and were never pressured to vacate the table. I was so impressed I went back the following day for a very late lunch after a busy sightseeing morning. Greeted like an old friend, again delicious lunch. This place is fantastic. If I ever come back to Gloucester I will make a beeline for Bill's
I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The sea bass and fish cakes were delicious, as were the chicken sprouts and fried chicken. The chocolate brownie and caramel tart were absolutely amazing. The staff was fantastic and the restaurant is very dog friendly. I highly recommend this place.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. I was seated promptly and my waitress was very attentive. Despite it being busy, my food arrived at the table only 10 minutes after placing my order. The buttermilk chicken sandwich was delicious and the fries were fresh and tasty.

Very pleasant breakfast. Popped in off the cuff and were greeted with a very warm welcome from the staff. Really enjoyed a full breakfast and a stack of pancakes. The sourdough toast was a standout. Pricing was not too bad either. Bigger on the inside than the outside!
this restaurant is incredible! the whole food was absolutely delicious, very well presented and the staff was super helpful and friendly. I'll go back as soon as I can. the vegan options were also delicious!
