This place is definitely on the pricier side, but you are definitely paying for the experience of going there. That being said, the experience was wonderful. Our waiter, Alex, was knowledgeable and attentive. Everything was delicious and impressive from the appetizers, to the milkshakes, the the fishbowl drinks. The meals were also incredible. The noise level is a part of the experience, but if you are not okay with overwhelming sound/bass or if you plan on bringing kiddos who may get overstimulated, bring noise-canceling headphones. I will definitely be returning here for another fun outing!
Very disappointed with our experience. There was maybe about 10 other families seated before us. 2 directly behind us after we were seated. Our iced coffees never came. Our food came out cold. We never received our coffees until after we had to get another waiter to find out what was going on. The excuse we were given was that everyone was ordering them. Yet no one else had them. The table behind us received food and drinks before us. The ball was definitely dropped with service. Food was mediocre. This was a one and done experience for us.
The service was initially good but at the end they threw out two full bowls of my children's pasta without asking. The waitress knew they were at the table next to us and they threw it out anyway when they came to speak to us. We asked the manager to replace a bowl of pasta to go and she refused saying we had to pay half price. It was clearly their fault for throwing their full plates out even though the waitress understood our position. I asked for a contact to issue my complaint and it will be sent. This was highly disappointing!
Wait staff was kind and attentive. Food quality was poor. Mac and cheese was no better than Kraft Mac and cheese out of a box and considering the price, ridiculous. Burgers were dried out, buns dry. Nothing seemed fresh and even the fries seemed stale. Goblet drink looks good and tastes great. Problem: it is 39$ non alcoholic!?!?. Why? Honestly I expect to pay extra for the location, however paying nearly 200$ for food no better than Friendly's is not fun. I expected better.

If you are looking for an exciting place to eat and do not mind an occasional birthday celebration with music and flashing lights, this is the place to be! The huge menu is awesome! The Shakes are incredible. I enjoyed a Strawberry Cheesecake shake that was out of this world! The portion sizes for the entrees are huge as well! I have to get a take home box almost every time i am there! I love this place!
Hostesses were rude and not customer service oriented. Manager knew we were not pleased but did not stop to check in with our table. (They did check on all the other tables continuously. The location was filthy with slimy slippery floors and smelled like sour milk. So gross. The ladies restroom was out of order. Children needed to go into the casino to use the bathroom. Will never go back to this place.
We always love this restaurant no matter what location Everything is delicious The drinks are amazing My daughter got the S'mores milkshake and it was so big and tasty and my margarita was so beautifully done My shrimp penne was so good and I had enough to bring half home It cannot recommend this place enough
I was so looking forward to having the buttermilk fried chicken and waffles. I was informed that they do not have that. They only have tenders or wings. I ordered the steak sandwich instead. There was hardly any steak on it and no mayonnaise as listed in menu. Very disappointed!

We sat at 11am in a Monday, hoping for breakfast. We were told that they don't do breakfast on Mondays... which is fine. We ordered, and proceeded to watch the 2 tables around us get full breakfast foods.
My family bought me for my 55th birthday and you would have thought it was everybody's birthday to .....it was a awesome vibe! The energy was great overall Me and family enjoyed ourselves.
